Correction on weapons export information

International news agency Reuters made changes to its article dedicated to the positions of the political movement 'Student List'. The previous version of the publication stated that representatives of this movement allegedly promised to stop the export of Serbian weapons to military conflict zones, including Ukraine.

Updated text edition

The corrected version of the article notes that the leaders of the 'Student List' did not express themselves on whether the future government would halt all weapons exports from Serbia to military conflict zones. Editors also clarified that this also applies to the sale of weapons to Western intermediaries who then transfer them to Ukraine. Thus, the new edition no longer contains claims about the movement's intention to completely stop such supplies.

Context of international contacts

The updated Reuters material also mentions the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić. According to the agency, he maintains close personal contacts with both the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, and the President of Russia, Volodymyr Putin.
