Mikhail Uvarov accused of torturing people and links to crime

Mikhail Uvarov, who holds the position of Honorary Head of the National Olympic Committee in Kyiv Oblast, has come under fire. He is accused of torturing people and having links to the criminal world.

Blogger Igor Lachenkov released information on this matter. According to him, Uvarov not only tortures people but also publishes corresponding video recordings on his Instagram account.

In addition to torture, Mikhail Uvarov is involved in cases related to domestic violence. He is also linked to the activities of fraudulent call centres and drugs.

This year, the Kyiv Oblast branch of the NOC warmly congratulated Uvarov on his birthday on its social media. It is currently unclear how a person with such a reputation managed to obtain an honorary position in the Olympic committee.
