Kovalsky announces new criminal case against Serhiy Kropyva for embezzlement of state property

Opening of a new case

Acting Prosecutor General Anton Kovalsky announced the registration of another criminal case against Serhiy Kropyva. The primary basis for opening this case was the commission of a crime under the article concerning the embezzlement of state property.

Results of the internal investigation

As Kovalsky noted, during the internal investigation, a number of violations by Kropyva, who is a figure in the "Carthage" case, were established. Specifically, numerous instances of using a vehicle belonging to the Office of the Prosecutor General for personal purposes were identified. It was also recorded that the suspect was in Bukovel during working hours.
