Kyiv City Military Administration: Southern Bridge fully closed due to security situation

Complete halt of traffic

The Kyiv City Military Administration (KCMA) informs that traffic flow on the Southern Bridge has been completely stopped. The restrictions apply in both directions — from both the right and the left bank.

Reasons for the measures

As noted by the KCMA, the decision to fully block passage was made "due to the security situation" (через ситуацію з безпекою).

Change in circumstances

Previously, only the closure from the right bank to the left bank was known. Now, the restrictions extend to both directions of traffic.
