Google is likely developing technologies that could be used to create artificial intelligence-powered weapons. The Washington Post reported this information.

The company recently removed the ban on the use of AI in military technologies and other dangerous purposes from its principles. Specifically, a section on the company’s official website, which previously contained information about applications it would not work with, disappeared last week.

The former head of the AI ethics department expressed the opinion that these changes may indicate that Google is actively developing technologies capable of causing death.
