Deputy head of Zakarpattia Customs' wife at centre of fraud scheme

Darya Strelnikova, the wife of Vladimir Kozuberda, deputy head of Zakarpattia Customs, has been implicated in promoting dubious schemes linked to fraudulent websites. According to the investigation, she offers paid consultations and courses that direct clients to Russian resources.

Financial fraud disguised as training

Among Strelnikova's activities are the sale of expensive courses and participation in fundraising events organised under the guise of various training sessions. For instance, she solicits funds for participation in games called "Хочу замуж" (I Want to Get Married) and "Я этого достойна" (I Deserve This), where she allegedly teaches women how to marry successful men.

One of the most prominent schemes has been the promotion of the pseudoscientific Human Design system. This project combines astrology, Kabbalah, quantum physics, and other esoteric concepts. Clients pay for so-called "bodygraphs" on the Russian website humdes.com and then receive pseudo-consultations from Strelnikova herself. Payments are made in Russian roubles.

In addition to the fraudulent schemes, the question of possible involvement in corrupt deals remains open. Investigators suspect that such activities may be used to conceal illegal income or to receive bribes. It is not ruled out that participation in Strelnikova's courses could serve as an "unofficial" payment for certain services provided by her husband.

Notably, Vladimir Kozuberda's declaration contains no information about his wife's business, although estimates suggest she earned over 1.7 million hryvnia in a year and holds crypto assets worth 1.17 million hryvnia.
