Boris Filatov takes on facade insulation

People's Deputy Boris Filatov has not forgotten his constituents even after the elections. Filatov has, as they say, moved from words to deeds. If immediately after his election to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine  the deputy only organised meetings with voters, where they shared their problems and troubles, now Filatov appears to have shifted to resolving these very issues.

Thus, today, from his page on the social network Facebook, Boris Filatov announced that he has taken on facade insulation and major repairs of the well-known 28-storey buildings in the Pobeda residential complex in Dnipro.

 It is worth noting that part of the facade was long ago insulated by the residents of the buildings themselves, however, this does not eliminate the problems. And the elections to local councils are not far off.

Additionally, the mayor promised to complete the construction of new metro stations, which will connect the central part of the city with the Krasnyi Kamien, Komunar and other residential complexes.

On the central avenue, the cobblestones made of natural stone will be restored. Thus, it will acquire its original appearance. The cobblestones were laid on the avenue several centuries ago. 

Over the years of operation, they have been relaid several times. At the same time, the cobblestones themselves have hardly suffered. This is a durable and reliable stone that does not deteriorate for a long time under the impact of physical and mechanical loads.

Some time ago, it was planned to completely remove the pavement and replace it with asphalt. However, the city residents were categorically against it.
