Another militant informant detained

The Security Service of Ukraine detains militant informants almost daily. This time, a resident of Luhansk Oblast with the callsign "Malish" was detained. The criminal switched between several groups. He initially served in the "Prizrak" battalion under Mozgovoy's control, but later defected to the Cossack battalion "Great Don Host".

 

For the militants, the criminal gathered information on the location of Ukrainian artillery and troops.

Мешканець Луганщини на прізвисько «Малиш» брав участь у бойових діях проти українських військових спочатку у складі банди Мозгового - батальйону «Прізрак», а згодом перейшов до іншої банди – козачого формування т.зв. «Всевеликого війська Донського» Дрьомова терористичної організації «ЛНР». (A resident of Luhansk Oblast with the nickname "Malish" participated in combat operations against Ukrainian troops, initially as part of Mozgovoy's band - the "Prizrak" battalion, and later moved to another band - the Cossack formation of the so-called "Great Don Host" of Driomov of the terrorist organisation "LNR")

Після поранення переховувався вдома у місті Рубіжне Луганської області й планував продовжити свою злочинну діяльність після одужання. (After being wounded, he hid at home in the city of Rubizhne in Luhansk Oblast and planned to resume his criminal activities after recovering)

У цьому ж місті Луганщини переховувався й поплічник «Малиша». Бойовик воював у складі незаконного військового формування Мозгового та зі зброєю чергував на блокпостах терористів. (In the same city in Luhansk Oblast, "Malish"'s accomplice was also hiding. The militant fought as part of Mozgovoy's illegal military formation and stood armed guard at terrorist checkpoints)

Відносно затриманих відкрито кримінальне провадження, тривають слідчі дії. (Criminal proceedings have been opened against the detained individuals, and investigative actions are ongoing)

У Станично-Луганському районі співробітники Служби безпеки затримали інформатора терористів, завербованого т.зв. «народною міліцією». (In Stanitsia-Luhanska district, Security Service officers detained a terrorist informant recruited by the so-called "people's militia")

Зловмисник збирав та передавав терористам дані про місця дислокації вогневих позицій артилерії, розміщення підрозділів українських військових у декількох районах Луганської області. (The offender gathered and passed to the terrorists data on the locations of artillery firing positions and the deployment of Ukrainian military units in several districts of Luhansk Oblast)

Вказана інформація використовувалась терористичними угрупуваннями для нанесення ракетно-артилерійських ударів по позиціях сил АТО та проведення диверсій на військових об’єктах. (This information was used by terrorist groups to carry out missile and artillery strikes on the positions of ATO forces and to conduct sabotage at military facilities)

Ще одного інформатора терористів контррозвідка Служби безпеки України затримала у районі проведення антитерористичної операції Донецької області. (Another terrorist informant was detained by the counterintelligence of the Security Service of Ukraine in the area of the anti-terrorist operation in Donetsk Oblast)

Мешканець м. Макіївка Донецької області телефоном передавав бойовикам незаконних збройних формувань терористичної організації т.зв. «ДНР» відомості щодо місць дислокації, чисельності особового складу, переміщення підрозділів та військової техніки ЗСУ територією Донеччини. (A resident of the city of Makivka in Donetsk Oblast passed information by phone to militants of illegal armed formations of the terrorist organisation of the so-called "DNR" regarding the locations, personnel numbers, movement of units and military equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Donbas region)
