EU intends to detain Russia-linked tankers

The European Union is developing a plan for a large-scale operation aimed at detaining Russia-linked tankers in the Baltic Sea. This was reported by Politico.

New legislative provisions will allow European authorities to arrest vessels not only in cases of actual damage but also in the presence of a threat to the environment.
