A "global backstage" stands behind Saakashvili

The press is raising a wave of claims that the new governor of Odesa Oblast, former President of Georgia, Mikhail Saakashvili, is doing nothing. Meanwhile, Odesa port officials are mass-postponing the purchase of apartments and expensive cars, which they had been telling all their acquaintances about a month ago, smugglers complain that they cannot yet reach an agreement with customs but expect to do so soon, officials are being mass-dismissed, including all heads of district state administrations.
