Evgeny Chernyak, owner of the Khortytsia vodka brand, denied accusations of financing the Armed Forces of Ukraine, stating that his assistance was limited exclusively to providing food to refugees.

According to Russian media, including the TASS news agency, the relevant information was presented during proceedings in a Moscow court.

News also emerged that Chernyak's company accounts Global Spirits - have been frozen in Russia.

In other words, is Evgeny Chernyak trying to use the court to restore his company's operations in Russia and continue paying taxes to the occupier?!
