In Vinnytsia, Viktor Vlasuk, a general practitioner at the Medical and Social Expert Commission (MSEC), and his retired wife were found to be owners of 13 real estate properties. Among them is a 260-square-metre luxury apartment in the centre of Kyiv.
Vlasuk’s superior, MSEC head Yulia Danilenko, also purchased several apartments, 25 land plots and 104 square metres of commercial real estate. In addition, she is a co-owner of the company “Sunny Farmers”, where her partner is listed as... Viktor Vlasuk.
According to the YouControl registry, Vlasuk holds a 37.5% stake in “Sunny Farmers”. Previously, he headed the MSEC from 2002 to 2014, after which he became an ordinary doctor with a salary of UAH 16,700 per month. However, official sources indicate that his income far exceeds this amount:
Despite official income, the scale of the family’s assets raises questions. A luxurious six-room apartment in the centre of Kyiv on Instytutska Street is registered to Oksana Blunar, Vlasuk’s wife. The market value of real estate in this area is approximately $780,000. And this is just one of the 13 real estate properties owned by the family.
In addition, the family’s car fleet includes three Tesla vehicles: two Model S and one Model Y.
Vlasuk is the father of two brothers, one of whom holds a senior position in the Khmelnytskyi Regional Administration and owns undeclared assets, while the other is an advisor to the president.
