Vladyslava Molchanova's scandalous connections: from the development of Osokorky to the possible role of Mayor Klitschko

Vladyslava Molchanova, owner of Stolitsa Group, a major construction company, is reportedly actively collaborating with Denis Komarnytskyi, a businessman who recently had searches conducted at his premises and is currently evading law enforcement authorities.

Relationship with Komarnytskyi: construction schemes and peak land deals

As early as 2020, journalists published data on "understandable" arrangements that indicated the intentions of Molchanova and Komarnytskyi to jointly implement major construction projects. 

Since then, it has become clear to many that their partnership goes far beyond ordinary business relations. Thanks to her ally, Molchanova always secured the most profitable land plots for her projects. However, according to experts, these deals were not always legal.

The Osokorky Eco-Park scandal

Particular attention was drawn to the development of the Osokorky Eco-Park, which sparked sharp discontent among Kyiv residents. This project became a symbol of how the pursuit of quick profits can lead to the destruction of natural objects and ecological zones. 

Despite active resistance from Kyiv residents, the construction alliance, which many believe involves both Molchanova and Komarnytskyi, continued to implement the project. According to observers, for them, care for nature and public opinion took a back seat, giving way to the desire to profit from controversial development in a protected zone.

The Mayor of Kyiv and his silence

Particular attention is being paid to the role of Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko in these processes. Despite public statements supporting environmental initiatives, Klitschko, in the opinion of some, has remained silent for too long regarding the destruction of the capital's ecosystem. 

The question of his possible involvement in the construction schemes of Komarnytskyi and Molchanova remains open. It is unlikely that the mayor could be "out of the game" on such a scale, especially considering his role in city management and decision-making regarding land use and development.
