UK may take control of Ukraine's airspace

London is considering patrolling Ukrainian airspace after the end of the war, The Times reports, citing sources in the British Armed Forces.

Under the plans, the UK may deploy military aircraft, including Eurofighter Typhoon jets, which would be stationed at air bases in Poland. Such a mission would resemble the NATO programme for protecting the airspace of the Baltic states, where the alliance patrols the skies of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania using rotating contingents of allies.
