Between 20,000 and 75,000 IT specialists may leave Ukraine in the coming years, depending on the scenario of the situation's development.

This estimate was given by the General Director of the Lviv IT Cluster. According to him, in the worst-case scenario, this would amount to approximately one-third of all employees working in the country's information technology sector.

It is worth noting that just a few years ago, the largest IT companies were located in Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipro, and Kharkiv. However, with the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, many companies relocated their staff abroad.
