Popular pirate websites blocked in Ukraine

The National Council for Television and Broadcasting has announced the ban on another group of internet resources distributing pirated content. The list includes popular sites such as Baskino, Filmix and HD REZKA.

These platforms can no longer broadcast their content within the territory of Ukraine. The decision is aimed at combating copyright infringement and supporting legal ways of consuming media products.

Previously, Ukrainian authorities had repeatedly emphasised the importance of protecting intellectual property and their intention to tighten measures against piracy.
