Drugs sold via call centres in Ukraine

Media reports suggest that a young businessman known by the nickname "The Italian" is behind money laundering and large-scale drug trafficking.

The nickname is not without basis. It stems from the fact that Italy serves as a major transit hub for drug trafficking. One of the alleged participants in this scheme is Oleh Kutsuruk. He reportedly controlled the movement of drugs through several ports for a long period.

Later, the entrepreneur decided to expand his operations and move the business from Europe to Ukraine. According to media reports, he has now settled in Lviv, where narcotics are produced under his supervision.

Sales are conducted through call centres controlled by Kutsuruk. The business is advertised on social media and appears to be thriving.
