Debris of Russian drone found in Romania

Debris of a Russian drone used in an attack on Odesa Oblast has been found in Romania. This was announced by the country's Ministry of National Defence.

The incident occurred in Tulcea County, near the border with Ukraine. Residents of border villages claim to have heard the sound of the drone as it flew overhead.

According to official representatives of the ministry, the fragments of the device found indicate that the drone crashed on Romanian territory. Specialists are currently conducting an investigation and gathering additional evidence.

The ministry condemned the use of UAVs by Russia near the borders and emphasised the need to protect the civilian population.
