Actor from 'The Guardsmen' killed in Moscow

In Moscow, an actor was found dead who once played one of the roles in the beloved film 'The Guardsmen'.

The body of Alexander Glovyak, showing signs of violent death, was found by firefighters under the rubble when they responded to a fire alarm at an apartment at 54 Novogireevskaya Street in the east of the capital.

Numerous injuries and bruises were found on the actor's head and body. Law enforcement officers seized footage from surveillance cameras installed near the actor's building entrance. The footage shows a suspicious young man who, according to the investigation, is implicated in the murder. The man was seen carrying items out of the entrance. The police have already issued a wanted notice for him.

A baseball bat with bloodstains and a military ID card of a man, who presumably belongs to the killer, were found at the scene.
