Встановлено, що 37-річний
дніпропетровський підприємець, який займався протиправним обготівковуванням
коштів, був завербований у квітні минулого року у Москві, де намагався
організувати такі ж валютні оборудки.
Вербувальники обіцяли йому підтримку у
незаконному «бізнесі» та безкоштовне навчання дітей у престижному московському
виші.
У Дніпропетровську зловмисник збирав і передавав своїм іноземним кураторам
інформацію щодо переміщень підрозділів Збройних сил України та організацію
оборонної системи.
Під час обшуків за місцем проживання й
роботи затриманого співробітники СБУ вилучили комп’ютерну техніку та засоби
зв’язку, за допомогою яких зловмисник передавав розвідувальну інформацію та
підтримував конспіративний зв’язок із представниками іноземної спецслужби.
У рамках кримінального провадження,
розпочатого за ч. 1 ст. 111 (державна зрада) Кримінального кодексу України,
тривають слідчі дії (Within the framework of the criminal proceedings initiated under Part 1 of Article 111 (treason) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, investigative actions are ongoing), - reports the SBU press service.
