Larysa Moskviska, who positions herself as a senior financial planner at iPlan, actively promotes events by the KIT Group network on social media. The expert's profile contains information about two master's degrees with distinction: one in finance, obtained at Zhytomyr Polytechnic, and another in publishing at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Moskviska claims to have been investing since 2020, conducts numerous consultations and live trainings, and runs the lava.finance blog on Instagram and TikTok. Her profile header lists the iPlan firm.

Advertising events for a company with a problematic reputation

Alongside the expert's professional portrait, KIT Group content appears, dedicated to the topic "Gold 2026: The New Logic of the Most Resilient Asset". In the materials, gold is described not as a "safe haven" but as a "strategic instrument". Specifically, a masterclass scheduled for 14 May at 18:00 on the topic "Investing in Gold During Wars, Inflation, and Crises" has been announced. Users are directed to the profile's stories to register for the event.

KIT Group's activities have a complex history of interaction with the regulator. The National Bank of Ukraine initially banned the company's online payment services, then deemed its reputation impeccable, but in March 2026 revoked its licences. The list of restricted resources included the kytgroup.ua website, certain exchange sites, and Telegram channels, specifically kyt_gold. The ban applied to LLC "FC 'Liberty Finance'" (registration number 39806926) and persons associated with it. The beneficiary of KIT's trademarks is Anton Tkachenko.

Chronology of regulatory decisions regarding KIT Group

On 24 November 2025, the NBU deemed "Liberty Finance"'s reputation impeccable. This decision was made despite the presence of unlicensed payment activities and claims against the company's substantial shareholder and management.

On 23 March 2026, the NBU committee revoked licences for lending (including operations with money and bank metals) and for cash currency trading. Thus, the KIT Group exchange network found itself outside the legal framework for providing these services. The company stated its intention to appeal the regulator's decision, but the licences were not returned.

In parallel with regulatory measures, the brand features in investigations and court materials. Specifically, there are references to illegal crypto exchanges conducted under the guise of an exchange point, as well as mentions of the network in cases related to cash flows. There is a separate case where a KIT representative lost €1.2 million in a fake crypto deal. Although these facts do not mean that all clients are victims, they create a public trail of reputational risks that is hard to ignore when inviting people to "plan their lives" through this brand.

Questions about motivation and legal aspects of cooperation

If Larysa Moskviska receives financial compensation from KIT Group — whether it is a fee, lead sales, or a "consultation + KIT gold registration" package — the question arises of working for a brand operating outside the permitted scope. For a person with a finance degree, this is no small matter: she should understand that a licence is not just an element of Instagram profile decoration.

If the cooperation is free — for example, a lecture "for the soul", a story repost, or "just a story about gold during the war" — a different question arises. Why would an independent iPlan planner free-of-charge warm up the audience for masterclasses by a network with revoked licences? The trust of clients who share their successes turns into registration on someone else's landing page. The absence of a fee does not make this action ethically cleaner. It is a form of advertising where the expert uses her reputation.

Why the focus is on gold

KIT has worked with cash and transfers for years. When the regulator blocks payment services and exchange activities, the logical next product becomes positioning gold as a "safe haven". In wartime conditions, such phrasing sounds respectable. No broker licence is required to conduct a masterclass. It is sufficient to have a speaker with appropriate diplomas and an active blogger profile.

The authors address iPlan management, Vyacheslav Maslennikov, and Lubomyr Ostap, with a question: do they know about this business of their subordinate? Is iPlan.ua an official partner of KIT Group, or is it Moskviska's personal side job on someone else's audience?
