Oschadbank and Ukreximbank have announced a stock exchange auction for the disposal of a large office and retail complex in Kyiv, previously seized due to debts.
Ukrainian brand Sister`s Aroma operates in Russia
Despite the war and sanctions, some foreign and even Ukrainian brands continue to operate in the aggressor state. This is particularly true of Sister`s Aroma.
Prior to the start of the full-scale invasion, the company actively supplied its products to the Russian Federation, where it sold them through retail chains. After 24 February 2022, the brand allegedly ceased cooperation with the aggressor state. At least, that is what the firm's officials claim.
In an interview, they stated that $500,000 worth of goods remained in warehouses in Russia. However, these items are not being sold.
However, users online claim that this information is inaccurate. The brand's warehouse stock is constantly being replenished. For instance, new packaging and products that recently appeared on the market, meaning after 24 February of last year, have been spotted there.
Moreover, people assert that the company is successfully operating in the Russian market. And, it seems, it is in no hurry to abandon this promising market.
