Militia leader Mozgovoy killed

Today, on the Perevalsk-Luhansk highway, the leader of the "Spectre" battalion, Alexei Mozgovoy, was killed. This was the result of a sabotage act. The minibus carrying the militia member was blown up using a remote-controlled explosive device and subsequently shot at with machine guns.

According to Mozgovoy's colleague, the vehicle was fired upon from four different locations, leaving the "Spectre" leader with no chance of survival.

Seven people died as a result of the sabotage.

It is worth noting that this is far from the first assassination attempt on Mozgovoy, although previously he had managed to survive, suffering only concussion and non-critical injuries.

Many blame Plotnitsky and the Russian FSB for the murder.
