Another anomaly occurs with Russian rocket

It seems the skies are categorically refusing to accept Russian rocket technology. Today, it became known that the Russian Proton-M rocket failed to place a Mexican communications satellite into orbit.

An anomaly occurred with the third stage, where a malfunction took place, resulting in the emergency shutdown of the rocket's engines.

Russian specialists are currently unable to say exactly what happened to the Proton, or why the separation of the third stage did not occur at the scheduled time.

The upper stage and the third stage of the launched rocket fell in the Zabaikalye region, and the Mexican satellite is considered lost.

Launches of this series of rockets have been suspended indefinitely.
