Prosecutors seek closed hearing in Korban case

The court session continued today to determine the preventive measure for Hennadii Korban, leader of the UKROP party, who has been in custody for over 120 hours.

Following another break, the prosecution requested the court to hold the session in closed mode, citing the disclosure of certain investigative materials and the safety of the participants in the proceedings. The defence opposed the request.

We will learn what decision the court makes in the near future.
