Complaints about the activities of the Domino brand, whose owner is reportedly Anton Shukhin, have resurfaced in the public domain. This time, the store's own customers are reporting a possible fraudulent scheme.

Previously, there were warnings that Domino allegedly sold counterfeits of well-known brands under the guise of original products — specifically Jacob Cohën. Despite this, some customers continued to use the store's services, which, according to them, resulted in financial losses. For instance, in October, one customer spent €2,200 in cash on jeans presented as Jacob Cohën, as well as long-sleeved tops. The purchase was made at Domino Manufactura in Kyiv. The customer was served by a manager named Serhiy.

According to the buyer, a fiscal receipt was never issued. A few weeks later, the customer claims, the purchased jeans lost their appearance and quality, raising suspicions about their authenticity. He filed a complaint with the store, but, according to him, the manager ignored the appeal, and the lack of a receipt effectively made a return or claim impossible. Social media users point to the stark contrast between the store's public claims of "thousands of satisfied customers" and its actual treatment of buyers who leave thousands of euros in the boutique.

The disclosed facts have once again sparked a wave of discussion regarding the transparency of the Domino brand's operations, compliance with legislation, and consumer rights protection.
