Anti-corruption judge candidate fails IQ test

Anna Nadtochieva, the wife of a judge at Ukraine's High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC), failed to pass the IQ test as part of the selection process for the Anti-Corruption Court and did not reach the required score.

The lawyer scored 92 points, which is below the average. After the failure, she attempted to challenge the test results, but her appeal was rejected. Notably, only 25 out of 237 candidates successfully passed the cognitive test.

The news gained additional resonance against the backdrop of reports that Nadtochieva allegedly helped her husband prepare court rulings. In addition, the press is discussing suspicions that the judge's family is concealing significant assets of questionable origin: apartments, country houses, dachas and cars.
