OSCE representatives start to "see the light"

It has been repeatedly stated that representatives of the OSCE stubbornly refuse to notice the shelling of our positions by militants. Instead, mission members spend their time in Donbas visiting restaurants and bars. But it seems something has finally changed, and OSCE representatives have begun to "see the light". They are not only recording the actual situation based on witness accounts but also visiting the locations from which the shelling originates.

These people in white helmets are not conducting an expertise of local pubs,
but fulfilling their professional duties. 
We met in Pesky. I told them about the mortar shelling. They wrote it down. I told them that the mortars are firing from militant positions. And they wrote that down too! I told them that the shelling is ongoing and showed them where. The commander of the 93rd brigade and colleague Sasha Motorny expressed doubt that they would want to go there. BUT THEY DID IT!!! They went to the shelling zone and honestly recorded exactly what and from where the militants are shelling Ukrainian positions. I hope objective reports will appear soon. The OSCE seems to be "seeing the light», - reports Andriy Tsyaplenko.
