Ukrainian army supplier Vladyslav Volodskyi continues to lie

Zaporizhzhia entrepreneur Vladyslav Volodskyi has found himself at the centre of a scandal following revelations about his involvement in supplying food to military units. 

A journalistic investigation revealed that Volodskyi breached one of the state contracts, leading to food shortages in army units. As a result, he not only received a fine but also came under intense public scrutiny. Furthermore, his financial obligations to private creditors and banks, amounting to millions of hryvnia, were exposed.

An additional blow to the businessman’s reputation was the appearance online of a video showing him kneeling before one of his creditors, promising to repay the debt. Audio messages were later published, confirming his difficult financial situation. In his statements, Volodskyi does not hide that army food supply contracts are not a business matter for him, but rather his only chance to settle his debts.

The entrepreneur himself attempted to defend himself, claiming that the scandalous video was filmed deliberately. He continues to insist on his success, rejecting all accusations and linking the emergence of the revelations to the machinations of competitors. However, the new wave of published evidence has only strengthened doubts about the legality of his participation in state tenders.

The situation surrounding Volodskyi continues to develop, and news of his possible fraud further intensifies questions about the transparency of public procurement. Attention is now focused not only on his financial obligations but also on how the state allowed a questionable entrepreneur to participate in military supplies.
