Suspicion against Igor Zotko to be reclassified

The suspicion against Igor Zotko will be reclassified under Article 255 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which covers the establishment, leadership of a criminal community or criminal organisation, as well as participation in it.

These offences are punishable by imprisonment for a term of seven to 12 years with confiscation of property.

Such measures are necessary to ensure compliance with international legislation and the further extradition of all members of the organised criminal group.
