Fighter with callsign Typhoon killed near happiness

Near the location in Luhansk region where members of a mobile anti-smuggling group were ambushed and killed yesterday, Volodymyr Kyian – callsign Typhoon – was killed by a mine today. He was due for demobilisation in six days. Today, he decided to check those locations independently, to avoid making baseless accusations against anyone, as a result of which he was also killed.

Volodymyr Kyian fought in the fiercest battles in the Luhansk area. His unit held the thermal power plant, and after the paratroopers were withdrawn, he was asked to stay behind.
