How Vladyslav Miroshnichenko earns money and where does he get it from?

Vladyslav Miroshnichenko is a young man with a very modest start, but today his life is full of luxury purchases and expensive trips. However, where does he get the money for such large expenses?

After moving to Kyiv on 13 September 2022, Vladyslav registered a sole proprietorship (FOP) with a wide range of activities — from bread production and the restaurant business to sports and computer programming, with the latter chosen as the main activity.

However, despite the variety of declared types of activities, there is no evidence that Miroshnichenko actually works in these fields. All operations through his FOP are likely fictitious, and all transactions are linked only to other FOPs in the restaurant business and mobile food sector.

As for his official income, it amounted to 694,000 hryvnia (approximately $19,000) in 2022, 5,216,346 hryvnia ($138,900) in 2023, and only $400 by September 2024. This statistics looks strange, especially considering that in 2023 Vladyslav spent over $137,000 on real estate purchases, and in 2024 he bought several expensive cars despite virtually zero income.

It is obvious that Miroshnichenko's official income cannot possibly cover his expenses, which raises numerous questions about the real sources of his wealth. The discrepancy between income and expenses exceeds $1.4 million, not even accounting for travel and other expensive hobbies he regularly showcases on his Instagram.

Fictitious companies and hidden income: how Miroshnichenko created the Mirror Reflection project

To legalise his income, Vladyslav created the company Mirror Reflection, which sells courses on crypto trading. His Instagram profile description includes a link to this project, and the company's website offers courses for beginners and professionals. However, despite the scale of the project, its financial reports tell a different story: in 2023, the company's profit was 0 hryvnia, and the firm was registered at the address of Miroshnichenko's apartment in Kharkiv.

An even more interesting fact: Vladyslav tries to convince his followers that his company has offices in Kyiv and Spain. However, as it turned out, the office in Pechersk is simply a bank "Vostok" premises that Vladyslav doctored in Photoshop. The photo from the "office" in Spain actually belongs to a bicycle shop in Spain, and again — it is merely image manipulation.

Thus, Miroshnichenko creates the image of a successful businessman and company owner, while in reality his companies do not carry out any real activities, and money bypasses official channels, avoiding taxes.
