The estate of the Supreme Court judge's family

The family of Serhiy Zhukov, a judge of the Cassation Commercial Court of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, owns a luxurious estate in the vicinity of Kyiv, spanning 4 hectares. 

The estate grounds feature two residential houses, lakes, vineyards and greenhouses. However, despite the significant assets, they are not formally registered in Zhukov's name. All these assets are registered in the names of people close to him.

Serhiy Zhukov's career path
Since 2017, Serhiy Zhukov has held the position of judge at the Cassation Commercial Court within the Supreme Court of Ukraine. Previously, he was a lawyer and managed his own law firm in Dnipro, and also served as a local deputy. Zhukov's wife, Yevheniia, is also a judge and works at the Kyiv District Administrative Court.

The Zhukovs' declarations
The declarations of the Zhukov couple list two cars – a 2012 Volkswagen Touareg and a 2009 Volkswagen Golf – as well as a parking space and two apartments: one in Dnipro and the other in Kyiv. However, according to information from the investigation, the judge's family does not actually live in these apartments.

Elite estate near Kyiv
The judge's family lives in an elite estate located in a suburb of Kyiv. The 4-hectare territory includes two houses, a forest, vineyards, lakes and even a wine cellar. According to market estimates, the value of such a complex could be around one million dollars.

Mysterious purchase of land plots
The estate territory is divided into 11 plots owned by different owners, although all of them are somehow connected to Zhukov. The purchase of land and construction on these plots began as early as 2020, raising questions about possible real estate schemes involving the judge's family.
