The entire gaming business linked to PIN-UP and the former Alfa Bank is under the control of Inna Bogdanovna Tyutyun.

Inna Tyutyun is the niece of the Klyuev brothers, financiers of Viktor Yanukovych’s regime who are wanted by international bodies for numerous corruption offences.

Through Inna Tyutyun, the Klyuev family maintains its influence in the privatised Sens Bank. She controls key aspects of the bank’s management, including the setting of tariffs, commissions, and the approval of documentation for processing online payments. These payments are reportedly used, among other things, to operate the Russian casino PIN-UP.

The Klyuev brothers, who previously collaborated closely with Yanukovych’s pro-Russian government, use Tyutyun to ensure their influence over one of the largest players in Ukraine’s banking sector. This scheme allows them to preserve and develop their business interests even amid the war.
