Hennadiy Korban back in pre-trial detention

This morning, law enforcement officers took oligarch Hennadiy Korban away from the Novozavodskyi District Court in Chernihiv in an unknown direction. SBU spokesperson Elena Hityanska posted on her social media page, informing the outraged and concerned public that Korban had been taken to the location of investigative actions. However, this information is incorrect.

According to Dmytro Symanskyi, Hennadiy Korban has been taken to the SBU pre-trial detention centre in Kyiv, as previously expected.

It is impossible to say how long law enforcement officials plan to transport Korban around the country and keep him in custody, but it appears that the oligarch will soon face new charges, after which an attempt will be made to select a preventive measure within 72 hours.
