Firm owned by NBU economist's husband earns millions as intermediary for state bodies

 This concerns the Kyiv-based firm “Master:Stream”, which supplies government bodies and municipal enterprises with a range of software products under the MASTER brand — specifically “MASTER:Accounting”, “MASTER:Payroll and HR”, “MASTER:Comprehensive Accounting”, “MASTER:Document Management”, “MASTER:Reporting”, “MASTER:Finance”, as well as specialised versions for budgetary institutions, the agricultural sector, trade and manufacturing. The formal head of the company is Serhiy Oleksandrovych Orlov. The founders are listed as Lyudmyla Oleksandrivna Mykhaylyk and Andriy Mykhailovych Rozmaiity — the husband of a senior economist at the National Bank of Ukraine. 

 During its operation, “Master:Stream” has concluded 1,469 contracts and has already received 102.9 million hryvnia from entities such as the State Customs Service, the Deposit Guarantee Fund, the municipal enterprise “Ukrspetszvyazok”, and more than a dozen other state and municipal enterprises. Meanwhile, the key point is that the company does not own the software. All intellectual property rights belong to another firm — LLC “Aix Digital”. “Master:Stream” effectively acts only as an intermediary between the actual developer and state clients.
