Dnipro company sues security services

A Dnipro-based company has filed a lawsuit against security services following conducted searches.

The enterprise “Original Spirit UA” has applied to the Pechersk district and appellate courts of Kyiv, requesting the lifting of the seizure and the return of the confiscated property.

The Office of the Prosecutor General claims that the case concerns an illegal online casino with an annual turnover of over $50 million. However, the company positions itself much more modestly — as a “film studio creating content for online games”. This argument has not yet worked in its favour, but the court hearing in this case is expected to take place in the near future.
