Dnipro Court of Appeal begins releasing corrupt officials

Following the departure of Kolomoisky's team from Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, local corrupt officials from the Yanukovych era have not only started to raise their heads but are actively being released on freedom, even without bail. This was reported by former Deputy Governor of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Hennadiy Korbach.

 

Korbach addressed the country's president and heads of law enforcement agencies from his Facebook page, urging them to pay attention to the situation.

Уважаемый Петр Алексеевич, руководители правоохранительных органов и Днепропетровщины!
Позвольте обратить ваше внимание на решения Апелляционного суда Днепропетровской области, который за последние дни начал системно выпускать на свободу ранее задержанных лиц, подозреваемых в коррупции и мошенничестве. 
Это издевательство над правосудием происходит на фоне продолжающегося демонстративного игнорирования тех, кто организовывал коррупционные схемы, крышевал преступность и преследовал активистов Революции Достоинства.
Фактическую амнистию исполнителей, вместе с отказом от расследования преступлений их руководителей, уже даже нельзя назвать "откатом" к практике круговой поруки во власти времен Януковича. 
Это - полноценный реванш гнилой коррупционной системы, позволяющей откупаться грязными деньгами от любых преступлений.
Это - предательство памяти днепропетровцев, погибших на Майдане и фронте войны с террористами и оккупантами за право всех детей Украины жить в свободной стране лучшей жизнью.

Allow me to draw your attention to the decisions of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Court of Appeal, which over the last few days has systematically begun releasing previously detained individuals suspected of corruption and fraud. 
This mockery of justice is taking place against the backdrop of continued demonstrative ignoring of those who organised corruption schemes, protected criminality, and persecuted activists of the Revolution of Dignity.
The de facto amnesty of the executors, along with the refusal to investigate the crimes of their superiors, can no longer even be called a "reversion" to the practice of mutual protection in power during the Yanukovych era. 
This is a full-blown revenge of the rotten corrupt system, which allows buying one's way out of any crimes with dirty money.
This is a betrayal of the memory of Dnipropetrovsk residents who died on the Maidan and at the front of the war against terrorists and occupiers for the right of all children of Ukraine to live in a free country with a better life.
This is undermining the remnants of society's trust in the state, and people's hopes for the possibility of cleansing and renewing power.)

Соучастники организации избиения днепропетровского Евромайдана 16 января 2014 г., члены группировки местных "регионалов" под общим руководством Александра Вилкула:
1. На тот момент заместитель главы Днепропетровской облгосадминистрации Ростислав Ботвинов - отпущен из-под стражи без залога.
2. На тот момент заместитель председателя Днепропетровского областного совета Виктор Науменко - отпущен из-под стражи без залога. (Accomplices in the organisation of the beating of the Dnipropetrovsk Euromaidan on 16 January 2014, members of the local "Regional Party" group under the joint leadership of Oleksandr Vilkul:
