Trade relations between Ukraine and the US are not extensive; however, despite this, the US remains an important economic partner for Ukraine.

In 2024, the US accounted for just 2.1% of Ukraine’s total export volume, indicating the relatively minor role of the American market for the Ukrainian economy.

Nevertheless, the US holds a leading position among countries importing Ukrainian steel pipes. Almost one in every five dollars earned from the export of this product went to the American market.
