Korban's lawyer served with summons

Hennadiy Korban Oksana Tomchuk was
served with a summons today
after a hearing at the Pechersk Court in Kyiv.
The human rights defender has been summoned for a
questioning at the Prosecutor General's Office on 21 December of this year in the
same case in which she acts as defence counsel, which is a direct violation of the law.
An hour earlier, unidentified individuals who arrived in a
BMW
SUV with Dnipropetrovsk number plates, which are not registered in the Ministry of Internal Affairs database, attempted to serve Korban with documents at the Zhovtnev Court stating that he is once again a suspect. Following the incident, the oligarch felt unwell and was taken away by an ambulance.
