Yotova leads Gurov in Bulgarian presidential race as over 95% of votes counted

According to the Central Election Commission of Bulgaria, after 95.29% of votes were counted, Iliana Yotova, who is currently acting as head of state, leads the presidential race. She received 34.59% of the voters' votes.

Results of main competitors

Former Bulgarian Prime Minister Andrey Gurov, known for his pro-Ukrainian stance, takes second place. He was supported by 32.03% of citizens. The difference between first and second place is 2.56 percentage points.

Kostadin Kostadinov, leader of the pro-Russian ultra-right party "Vazrazhdane", showed the third result, receiving 12.62% of the votes.
