WatchPointer utility allows controlling Mac cursor via Apple Watch

Controlling the computer with gestures via the watch

A new utility called WatchPointer has been created, which turns Apple Watch smartwatches into a functional wireless pointing device. Thanks to this tool, users can control their Mac literally with hand movements: simply point the watch at the screen to move the cursor.

Wide interaction capabilities

The software supports not only standard mouse clicks but also enables dragging windows and scrolling pages.

Technical implementation

All communication takes place via Bluetooth. The system operates independently, without the need for a Wi-Fi connection, servers, or cloud services.
