Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported on the threat and its consequences. At 22:40, he recorded an enemy strike in the specified district, adding that precise data on the damage is being established.
It later emerged that the enemy had hit an apartment residential building. According to the city mayor, people were trapped inside the structure.
