Fourteen fragments of academic plagiarism have been recorded in the doctoral dissertation of Alla Shlapak, who serves as a deputy of the Kyiv City Council and vice-rector of the Borys Hrinchenko Kyiv University.
This information was released by Svitlana Blahodietieieva-Vovk, coordinator of the anti-plagiarism initiative "Dissertation Gate".
Context
Alla Shlapak is known as a long-time associate of Serhiy Chornovil. She also has close ties with Denys Komarnytskyi.
