Trump explains why US did not transfer certain munitions to Ukraine

US President Donald Trump explained the reasons why Washington did not transfer certain types of weapons to Ukraine. According to him, this concerns "powerful munitions" which Kyiv cannot use due to the absence of necessary launch means.

Trump emphasised that for the use of these munitions, Ukraine needs appropriate carriers, specifically aircraft. It was precisely due to their absence that the supplies did not take place.
