The heirs of the late businessman Ihor Yakovishyn have filed a lawsuit against entrepreneur Dmytro Shavlo. They are asking the court to declare a credit agreement for the sum of 20 million US dollars invalid, which, according to the plaintiffs, was concluded back in August 2021.
Dmytro Shavlo claims that he personally handed the specified amount in cash to Yakovishyn. After the debtor's death, he approached his relatives with a demand to fulfil the financial obligations.
