Friske family to return 21 million

On 19 May 2017, a further hearing was held in the lawsuit filed by the Rusfond charity against the family of Yana Friske, resulting in a ruling that the singer’s parents and her heir must return unspent funds to the charity’s accounts.

The amount is 21.6 million rubles.

The star’s close relatives asked the court to dismiss the case, but their request was denied. Members of the singer’s family reject all claims made by the charity. They intend to appeal the previously issued decision.
