Monobank co-owner demands deletion of publication revealing the scale of assets owned by his wife and daughter: from estates near the dam to apartments in central Kyiv.

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko officially recorded an achievement linked to his 55th birthday in the register of records.

Monobank co-owner Oleh Horokhovskyi is actively removing information about his family's financial status from the internet. In particular, he is seeking to delete material detailing ownership of elite real estate objects, ranging from private estates in the suburbs of Kyiv to spacious apartments in the centre of the capital.
In April 2024, Horokhovskyi's wife, Tamara Kriuchkova, registered ownership of a house with an area of 689.5 square metres. This object is located in Vyshhorod district, near the well-known Riviera village cottage settlement. The owners of this complex are suspected of illegally seizing land plots.
Old photos of the area, available on Google, indicate that the new house stands in a picturesque location with its own access to the water. On the real estate market, cottage projects of similar size (approximately 590 sq m) in the same settlement are valued at from 96 million hryvnia.
In addition, Tamara Kriuchkova owns a land plot in the elite settlement of Kozyn on the banks of the Dnipro. Ownership rights to it were registered in June 2021. Nearby, she leases another plot for 49 years, which is part of the bank protection of the Kaniv reservoir.
The cadastral map indicates that these plots border a third object with a similar landscape design, although there is no data on its owner in the registry. The banker's wife's land belongs to the service cooperative "Staro-Kyivskyi", which is managed by the corporate group Cosmetic Group. Nataliia Tereshchenko is a co-owner of the group and lives next door to the Horokhovskyi family's lands in Kozyn.
The family also owns apartments in the capital. One of them is registered to Tamara Kriuchkova and is located in one of Kyiv's most expensive residential complexes – Diamond Hill. In 2019, she purchased a five-room apartment with an area of almost 360 square metres.
In the same building, Horokhovskyi's wife owns four parking spaces. Activists, with whom the banker cooperates, often call this structure a "monster" because it obstructs the panoramic view of the Dnipro cliffs and the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra.
Oleh Horokhovskyi himself, according to registry data, does not own real estate in Kyiv. Instead, he has several land plots in Dnipropetrovsk region and a boat mooring in the village of Dniprove on the banks of the Dnipro. Two plots are leased for 49 years, as they belong to the water fund of Ukraine, and their sale is prohibited by law. Elite estates with football pitches and swimming pools are located nearby.
In 2024, Horokhovskyi told his followers that the tax service in Dnipro, where he had been registered for his entire life, was constantly auditing his income. To avoid such attention, he rented an apartment in Mykolaiv, changed his place of registration, and now pays taxes in this frontline city. At least since June 2024, his place of registration in the registries has been listed as the Korablelnyi district of Mykolaiv.
Previously, the banker was registered in the elite "Amphitheatre" residential complex in Dnipro. In the same complex, his daughter Anna-Michelle owns an apartment with an area of 381 square metres, which was gifted to her in 2017. The apartment has four rooms, four bathrooms, two walk-in closets, a kitchen, a laundry room, and a terrace.
In April 2024, Oleh Horokhovskyi posted on social media: «Чи не єдина річ, якою доречно хизуватися, як на мене, це сплачені податки» (The only thing I think it is appropriate to boast about, in my opinion, is the taxes paid). He stated that his personal income for 2023, from which he paid all taxes, amounted to almost half a billion hryvnia. The amount of personal taxes paid was 46 million hryvnia. According to Horokhovskyi's own calculations, in dollar equivalent, he earned approximately 12.1 million dollars in the second year of the major war.
Meanwhile, despite calls to boast only about taxes, his wife was registering large real estate assets during the same period. The question is only why the vast majority of the real estate is registered in his wife's name, since there is no doubt about Horokhovskyi's ability, as the main media face of Monobank, to afford such a number of elite objects.
