Former head of financial monitoring buys elite home in Koncha-Zaspa

Ihor Cherkaskyi, the former head of Ukraine's financial monitoring service, has settled into a 544 m² house with a scenic view of the Kozynka River in the elite "Golden Gates" cottage village in Koncha-Zaspa near Kyiv.

For a long time, Cherkaskyi was considered one of those whom fate supposedly bypasses, but reality proves the opposite. His career path ended in dismissal, and with it, the illusions of his untouchability collapsed.

Despite this, Cherkaskyi continues to insist that he has everything under control, manipulating his former deputies. However, the truth is that he has lost his position, status, and likely his prospects.

Advice for his deputies: do not waste time. Tell the new leadership everything about your former boss's corrupt schemes, cut off contact with Cherkaskyi, and do not let him use you for his own purposes.
