Network failure following nighttime strike

Subscribers of the provider "MKS", which previously operated under the name "Luhacom", in the temporarily occupied Luhansk region have been left without internet access. According to sources from the publication "OstroV", the cause of the network failure was a strike on the building of the occupation "Luhansk Telephone Company", which took place on the night of 21 October.

Lack of forecasts regarding restoration

According to sources, representatives of the occupation authorities do not promise to restore internet functionality in the near future. The exact timeframe for when the connection will be established is currently unknown.

Residents seek other operators

Due to the occupation authorities' lack of promises regarding rapid restoration, residents of the occupied territory are looking for opportunities to switch to other providers.
